Free, 15 minute one time consultation
15 Minute Appointments: Best for quick troubleshooting or questions that don't involve much technical work. Choose "Google Meet" for screen sharing, or enter your phone number for a phone call. See below to book a quick appointment with a friendly, knowledgeable Customer Success Specialist.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot book consecutive 15 minute appointments. If more than one 15 minute appointment is needed, please book a 30 minute or 60 minute appointment or use our Chat feature.
Advanced support in 30 or 60 minute increments:
30 Minute Advanced Support Appointments: Best for help compiling custom CSVs, account reviews, and troubleshooting import issues. Google Meet is recommended for screen sharing to get the best bang for your buck, though you can use the phone option as well. 30 minute appointments are $75.00USD, payable at the time of booking.
60 Minute Advanced Support Appointments: Best for in-depth troubleshooting and assistance with importing multiple exchanges or extensive technical assistance. Google Meet is recommended for screen sharing to get the best bang for your buck, though you can use the phone option as well. 60 minute appointments are $150.00USD, payable at the time of booking.

What do I need to have for my appointment? You will want to make sure that you have all of your data from ALL of the wallets and exchanges that you have ever used. If you do not see the wallet or exchange on our list, you will still want to gather that data so we can help you to import it if you need the assistance. In order for us to troubleshoot and connect the pieces, we have to have all of your data for all wallets and exchanges.
