​​We recommend giving your reports at least 30 minutes to generate, though usually they will only take a few minutes to load. If you have a large transaction count in your ZenLedger account, the reports will take a bit longer to generate. If you find that your reports are taking what seems like an unusually long time to calculate, it is possible that they are stuck. In this case, please contact our Support Team to have us check into the situation and fix it if necessary.
