If an exchange or wallet you use is not currently supported by us, you can download our sample Custom CSV template and edit in your transaction data. Please keep in mind that the formatting must match exactly. Please review this article for step-by-step instructions on how to create a Custom CSV.

Our sample Custom CSV template can be found in your ZenLedger account by going to Import tab > Custom CSV Upload > Download Sample CSV.

Note: The file must be saved as a ".csv" file. Numbers or ".pdf" files will not import.
