If you request a refund after you have downloaded your tax forms or CSV files, ZenLedger does reserve the right to refuse your refund request or only issue a partial refund.
Tax Professional Prepared Plans have a 14-day refund policy. To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 14 days of the purchase. ZenLedger does reserve the right to refuse your refund request if the request is not within this period.
