Crypto.com's popular mobile wallet and exchange is a one-stop solution for many customers. Fortunately, getting your transaction data into ZenLedger is a breeze!
Step-by-Step Instruction to Import from Mobile Device (iOS or Android):
Step 1: Open your Crypto.com wallet and go to your Accounts page. Tap on the upper right hand corner to see your Account History.
Step 2: Tap on the export button in the upper right corner of Account History to export the file. Select the start and end date for the transactions you'd like to download and then tap Export to CSV.
Step 3: Tap the Download button for the reports that are ready to be downloaded to the phone. Select your email program, and an email with the file attached will pop up. Email this to yourself so you can open it on your computer.
Step 4: Now you'll want to open and save the file on your computer. Once this is complete, you can add it to ZenLedger. Click on the Import tab at the top of your account. Search for Crypto.com and then add the CSV file there.
