Wallets that use a different address for each transaction (called hierarchical deterministic, or "HD" wallets), such as Jaxx, Ledger, and Trezor, need each individual address uploaded for our system to capture all the requisite data.
Each wallet has a transaction history section in which you can find the address used for each transaction. Alternatively, you can fill in a custom CSV template.
For those who wish to prioritize ease of accounting over the enhanced anonymity HD wallets provide, we recommend using non-HD wallets.
