Yes, ZenLedger does save your progress as you work in your account. You can upload some transactions now, then return later to upload others and everything will be saved automatically. There is no “save” button you need to worry about clicking before logging out of your account. This includes not only data that you import, but also any manual work that you do in your account. It will all automatically be saved as you go along.
